Stone Xylophone

Today's photo was taken recently at a performance of the pre-hispanic music group, "Huehuetl." This group plays traditional music on traditional instruments. Their name is derived from the name of an Aztec drum--the Huehuetl.

Here, one of the musicians performs a percussion piece using only stones hitting stones. It was absolutely wonderful.
